37-year caucasian male with diffuse histiocytic lymphoma. This cell line
expresses many of the monocyte-macrophage charactheristics. Cells
bears receptors for Fc and C3, avtively phagocyte antibody-coated
particles, and are induced ti differentiate into histiocytes by phorbol
esters. They are activated by supernetants from human mixed
