Culture Medium: McCoy's 5a medium (modified) with 1.5 mM L-glutamine adjusted to contain 2.2 g/L sodium bicarbonate, 85%; fetal bovine serum, 15%. Subculture procedure: standard trypsinization techniques. A split ratio 1:4 to 1:6 is recommended.
