J. Biol. Chem. 269(48): 30451-6, 1994 | Additional Info: | Clone Neuro-2a was established by R.J.Klebe and F.H. Ruddle from a
spontaneous tumor of a strain A albino mouse. This tumor line, designated
C1300, was obtained from the Jackson Laboratory, Bar Harbor, Maine. The cells
were cloned in F2 medium ( Ham ), agamma bovine serum, 10%, penicillin ans
streptomycin and 0,125% agarose. The cloned cells were maintained in F12 or
MEM and 10% agamma bovine serum. Neuronal cells produce large qunatities of
microtubular protein which is belived to play a role in a nerve cell. May be
distributed to scientific institutions; not to distributed for any commercial use. | ATCC: | CCL131 | Biosafety: | 01 |
