Additional Info:	This hybridoma secretes a monoclonal antibody which is reactive with both RI-1a and RI-1b rat K chain allotypes. This antibody can be used as a second step reagent for detecting rat immunoglobulin in RIA, ELISA, immunoflurescence, and immunoprecipitation assay. Antibodies produced by this cell line are also mitogenic for rat B cells.
