granulomas induced in livers of C3H/Hej mice infected with
Schistosoma mansoni. These cells display myofibroblast
characteristics, and represent murine liver connective tissue cells.
They present instability in chromosome number during subsequent
passages. They are thought to give rise to continous cell line, GRX
(BCRJ-CR001), after a number of passages with significant change in
