J. Immunol., 133: 1970-75, 1984. | Additional Info: | The hybridoma produces a monoclonal antibody (IgM K) that binds
to interleukin-2 (IL-2) receptors on actived murine T and B
cells. The antibody inhibits IL-2 driven proliferation but does
not block binding of IL-2. The clone was derived by fusing Sp2/O-Ag14
cells with spleen lynphocytes from a Lewis rat immunized with the
HT-2 mouse cell line. The 7D4 cell line may be distributed to scientific
institutions; not to be distributed for any commercial use. | ATCC: | CRL 1698 | Biosafety: | 01 |
