Additional Info: | The 3T6 cell line is a collagen and hyaluronic acid secreting
line established by G. Todaro and H. Green in 1963 from
disaggregated Swiss mouse embryos. These cells are similar to 3T3
cell line. However, they secrete collagen and other molecules of
the extracellular matrix, and are in general considered more
differentiated than 3T3 cell line. |
